Fantastic experience: When I booked my trip for the first time, the staff member was so understanding. She talked to me about choices I could choose from, what I could take on board and my limit on other luggage for the respective airlines. She made me feel very comfortable arranging my trip,with her help.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed!! My friend Tom and I recently visited flight centre (corner of George and Brisbane st) to book flights and accomodation to a small town in India called Manali. After not having a positive experience at a previous travel agent, we were extremely impressed by Danica Yole's attitude, knowledge and use of the resources available. There was a lot of effort put into email communication by Danica, and she always delivered answers by the timeline that she would give us. Manali isn't a place regularly visited by Australians, therefore her efforts to sort things out were much appreciated and made things so easy for us. We are now on our last connecting flight home and everything has worked perfectly. We will most definitely be asking to see her to book our next adventure. Thanks Danica Scotty and Tom
