Fantastic experience: They are the best Agency in Wollongong they saved me almost $7K and based on previous trips they booked backed me up with great advice and service. If you've been in business as long as they have with everyone who works there being stakeholders, something good is going on there. Thanks team.

Negative experience: Helloworld Wollongong Crown Street seem to think it is not their responsibility to inform travellers of compulsory forms that are required to be completed in order to travel overseas. My parents almost missed their flight due to a form that was not complete which was a “condition of entry flight pass” into the other country. Do not buy your tickets of Helloworld Wollongong as they are not educated and updated on recently implemented travel guides. I called and spoke to a worker from Helloworld Wollongong called Jackie, I explained the situation and her response was “travel guidelines change all the time, it is not our responsibility to inform customers” Absolutely disgusting! Despite customers spending thousands of dollars in their store they do not want the responsibility to ensure customers are able to board flight with no unexpected issues. This is the travel agents profession and industrie! They should be obliged to stay informed of travel regulations, considering they come with a huge penalty cost. My parents haven’t traveled in 18 years and this experience of unforeseen issues has put them off. Never again will we rely on helloworld.

Fantastic experience: A huge thanks to Phil for being such an amazing travel agent. Getting back from overseas in these times with so many changes is a huge logistical nightmare. But thanks to Phil's expertise and working behind the scenes to get additional information the whole trip ran smoothly despite the airlines changing the flights on at least 3 occasions. Phil is an excellent communicator and really helped remove the stress of travel. I can't recommend Helloworld enough, 5 stars everyday!
