Fantastic experience: Rachael Hines was the travel Consultant who assisted me with my travel plans. She provided a high level of service and commitment to ensuring that my questions were fully addressed and attended to. All the bookings and seating arrangements were perfect and without her assistance and involvement at the planning stage, our trip wouldn't have turned out the way it did. Rachael was very responsive and always made herself available for questions I had. She had a good knowledge of the destination and travel routes and where she lacked the knowledge she was resourceful and conducted the necessary research which was a time-saver for me. All in all, I was very impressed with Rachael and the Flight Centre at Wollongong mall team and I will certainly be reaching out to Rachael for my trip next year! Thanks Rachael.

Fantastic experience: Went to flight centre wollongong for a overseas trip and they were so amazing! Carlie is an absolute legend. So on top of everything and so fast in responding. Got handed over to Carlie half way through planning and she was amazing from the get go. Studied my trip to become familiar and gave advice for areas etc. Currently on the trip now and still helping so much with everything and anything. Highly recommend and a great place to go with a good atmosphere ☺️

Fantastic experience: We saw Carlie and she is just wonderful. We had to change holidays completely due to my throat cancer. Carlie did everything to ensure we didn't lose money and could book something that suited after treatment finished. Her communication was excellent. Thank you Carlie and Flight Centre.

Fantastic experience: Booked a Christmas cruise through Carlie Hayward and I honestly could not recommend her enough! So helpful with literally everything, giving me different destinations, helping with what packages to pick, insurance options, literally everything! My girlfriend and I are already planning a few trips next year and we both already decided we will 100% be going through Flight Centre and Carlie again.

Fantastic experience: We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jessica B. from Flight Centre Wollongong, she was so incredibly helpful and patient and having seen 2 agents before her at other places, I can truly say that Jess really cares a great deal about her customers and does a wonderful job of being a travel guide! Jess helped us plan very carefully for a well thought out incredible dream honeymoon to the Maldives, she was able to help us think of things we didn’t realise were so crucial to make the entire trip worth it. We got a good deal with the 5 star resort and were quite anxious with the money spent if it was going to be worth it but within 5 minutes of arriving we knew it was worth every penny! Will be coming back for future travel advice. Thank you Jess

Fantastic experience: We cannot express our gratitude enough to Liz Alvarez, Natalie Nasteski and Gab Wells. Not only did Liz organise our dream holiday but in our hour of need was there for us. Unfortunately 4 days into our holiday I became ill, and spent 5 days in hospital and had to come home. Liz, despite it being her last day in Wollongong, arranged our train travel back to a city and flights home. Liz also arranged paper work for the insurance company. On return Gab was a huge help in supplying more information for the insurance company. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them, and would highly recommend there help for your holiday. On the other hand we DO NOT recommend using the insurance company they recommend COVERMORE. We are still fighting for our refunds of the holiday we didn't use 2 months later. They have put road blocks up, trying to link my o/s illness to my new terminal illness diagnosed when I was back in Australia. They have admitted they stall payments to us over the phone. My GP clinic has stated they are asking for quite detailed information which is not usually requested. In otherwords trying not to pay out our claim. Please don't let this stop you from using Flight Centre Wollongong. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Just be wary using COVERMORE TRAVEL INSURANCE.

Fantastic experience: I am a first time traveller overseas, and so are both my young sons. I reached out to a few travel agents and got some general information. However, when I came in contact with Gabrielle Wells, I experienced a whole new level of service, the amount of silly questions that I asked had us both laughing at times, Gabby has turned my nerves into pure excitement to travel overseas with my children as she has planned my holiday from the moment I leave my doorstep to the moment I get home all down to the very finest detail. Sharing the names and phone numbers of her personal contacts that she has in the areas of the country we are travelling to is quite amazing. I would've travelled overseas along time ago if I knew this level of service was available. I can't wait to leave. Fantastic experience: Loved our experience with Gab at Flight Centre Wollongong! We actually enquired at 2 other travel agencies before going here (who weren’t really any help to us) and I’m so glad that we ended up going here because Gab was so great to work with and beyond helpful, she really got our 5 week Europe trip sorted for us straight away. There was so much to organise and even when our Croatia sail was booked out for the date we wanted (because we weren’t booking that far in advance) she was able to find something close to the date we wanted and was able to shuffle a couple of things for us still making our trip so seamless. Definitely will be going back to Gab again for our next holiday thank you Gab and Flight Centre Wollongong for the wonderful service!

Negative experience: Thought we would get in early to book our holiday as it states that they are open at 10am , Waited from 9:50 - 10:10 to be stared at from the inside of the glass already on the phone. They didn't even open or unlock the doors..

I trusted you Rachael and one look at the reviews for this NY HOTEL would show anyone it’s one to steer well clear of!! Thank goodness I booked all the other accommodation myself and researched it. April now and I still haven’t received the refund you’ve owed me since Jan, for flight upgrades I paid for and didn’t receive, and additional charges I had to pay at the hotel as you’d booked the wrong room type. Utterly appalling service, so unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I needed last minute travel insurance. We visted the Wollongong store and spoke to Natalie and she was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and thoroughly researched anything she couldn't answer off the top of her head. She was transparent, personable, and genuine. My partner and I went home, did our own research, and returned the next day to speak to Natalie again. She managed to find us a deal better than any we had found from our own research and then patiently walked us through the entire process. She made an intimidating process simple and streamlined. Massive thankyou to Natalie and the team!

Negative experience: Visited the store to book flights this afternoon the girl I dealt was extremely uninterested, when the flight she offered was $3000 more exspensive than what I had found online she basically told me flight Centre don’t match internet prices interesting what happened to the flight Centre guarantee , the customer service was appalling

Fantastic experience: I dropped in to get some advice for the best way to organise a trip for friends of mine coming out to Australia for a quick holiday and ended up chatted to Melanie. She was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of ideas to pass on along with some great brochures.
