Negative experience: The woman working there in Liverpool, on right side desk upon entering (in mid to late thirties) with an accent was the ridest coldest woman I have met in years. Too bad for you, my large family will never be using your services in future simply because of this incredibly rude and nasty hateful looking staff member.....her kind of bad attitude, lack of people skills and sour face is what ruins businesses.

Fantastic experience: I've had great experience with BEO - Travel , and very affordable ticket prices. Great Travel Agency and I highly recommend them !
Negative experience: My extended family have used Beo Travel on multiple occasions but will never be using them again based on the last experience. The customer service was absolutely appalling and THEIR mistake cost us thousands!!
Negative experience: A truly TERRIBLE service led by incompetent and rude staff. Never again!
