Positive experience: The prices are amaxing and the response time fast but you do need to press them for options on things like different layover times or fare conditions. They didn’t present them initially but were happy to once I asked . I hope I can rely on them if I need help once my trip has commenced but time will tell

Fantastic experience: Sasha obtained a great fare for my flight to Ljubljana on Turkish Airlines (including a stopover in Istanbul) with the return flight back from Rome. The airline changed the flight time from Rome to a much earlier inconvenient time and Sasha was able to find another flight. Mike got us a cheaper airfare for the USA, Finland and Singapore than we could find ANYWHERE else, and that includes all of the discount sites such as Kayak, etc. Mike's price was not only insanely good, but all flights were direct! Fantastic experience: We booked our RTW international flights with Shelley from Airfare Geeks and we are very happy with the service Shelley provided us. Shelley did an amazing job and was very patient as we did make quite a few enquiries about luggage allowances, itinerary changes and helping my son and his partner meet us during our trip which went off without a hitch. Fantastic experience: Until a few years ago, I nearly always used "anonymous" on-line booking facilities. But the "after sales" service can be problematic and, on one occasion. I was let down by a non-notified flight schedule change. Then, after a referral from a friend, I started using Airfare Geeks. Particularly for more complex requirements, they can come up with options that might not be readily apparent. The after sales service is first class; in particular Melanie Campbell was able to swiftly negotiate reimbursement of the airfare for a flight that had to be cancelled during the initial Covid pandemic. Nothing was too much trouble - this at a time when the travel industry was in turmoil and the livelihoods of agents was at great risk. Now, even for straightforward bookings, I will continue to put my trust in Airfare Geeks.

Fantastic experience: We’d had a somewhat frustrating experience when booking our last overseas trip. Nothing dramatic, but things took a lot longer than we were happy with. For the next trip we thought we would look elsewhere. A friend recommended Sasha from airfare geeks. After our initial contact, Sasha advised us that she would be in touch at the end of November, when the flights would be coming available. At the end of November Sasha emailed to enquire if any of our dates or destinations had changed. Fantastic experience: Sasha is incredible and we will be booking with her over and over in the future. The pricing is almost too good to be true when you go and price your trip independently. Sasha was so kind when we needed to cut a trip down from 8 weeks to 3 weeks due to some medical issues.
