Helloworld Travel Charlestown

Negative experience: Dropped in to talk to someone about booking flights and insurance for a major holiday for us. Met with Karen who did not show one ounce of excitement, with no questions asked towards us to help her book us a better holiday. Was very rude and talks down to you. Gives travel agents a bad name, I’d would go somewhere else if you want someone to care about your holiday.

Negative experience: I called in, in my lunch break for help with flights & they were extremely rude & told me I would need to make an appointment & they wouldn’t be able to get back to me for @ least 4 days! I walked out of there & called Flight Centre who sorted over the phone in minutes ‍♀️ Won’t be back bye helloworld

Negative experience: We went in the store to book our holiday, the girl took our details and said it would be 3/4days before she would be able to get a quote back to us... thats when they lost our business.. we went to another agent that day and booked and paid for our holiday on the spot.

Negative experience: Nice ladies at the store, a very hard to get a hold of via phone & email, didn’t go above & beyond for me, felt like a waste of time & money.i Would NOT recommend to others.

Negative experience: Went to travel agent to book a flight to NZ and to book a couple of cruises. I was met by a rude lady who just couldn’t be bothered and was like it was to much trouble. I got as far as looking at flight tickets and then told my daughter that we would be leaving as I had never met someone so rude and this was upsetting to us both. When we got up and left I told the lady that I would take my business somewhere else and spend my thousands else where, with that she replied, that’s ok. Will never recommend this particular travel agent and it’s not even worth the 1 star I gave it.
