123Travel is locally owned and operated. All of our staff are professional, well travelled and very passionate about all things travel. Our aim is to make sure your next holiday is memorable for all the right reasons. Let us do all the work whilst you relax and enjoy your well earned break. 123Travel is located centrally in Buderim in a lovely leafy garden courtyard. Come along, browse travel and enjoy a coffee with us. If you require out of hours appointment then please call the office and we can arrange a suitable time to catch up.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany is very good at her job, and goes beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
Negative experience: I would not recommend. I used the emergency after hours number when left stranded in London due to a flight cancellation not communicated. The phone was not answered for some time as the owner was ‘on stage’. My travel agent booked my flights through Expedia. 6 months later and I still have no solution and have not been reimbursed. No accountability was taken for the flight cancellation.

Fantastic experience: We have used Tiffany a number of times now both for corporate and personal travel. Tiffany has been exceptional at delivering outstanding support both in the lead up to our travel and post travel when we have needed to discuss things. I would not hesitate to recommend Tiffany for any travel you are wanting to plan, you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: The worst ever! Valerie is always filled with excuses why she doesn't return emails until multiple days later. I needed to change flight days while I was overseas, and she finally emailed me a week later, and it was after the day that I needed to travel on. I had to send her numerous emails to get anything back from her. If you want TERRIBLE service, use them.
Kurek thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It saddens me greatly when I read this as being a small locally owned business means making sure firstly that these things don't occur like this, secondly finding out why they occurred and lastly making an amends by form of apology. As owner the responsibility for staff and how they manage their work ultimately falls back on me and I need to be the one accountable. It comes back to training and an improvement on our processes. It is through feedback that we learn and correct. At the end of the day, we are human, and errors do happen. Sadly, this one you were on the receiving end of. I do have new staff employed and yes, they are still learning but I don't agree with naming and shaming and believe that may be in breach of privacy laws. I can however accept a bad review. Sometimes accentuating circumstances occur as with this situation where our staff member was hospitalized in an emergency situation, and you became the unfortunate one to be overlooked. You gave us the opportunity to review and make corrections to handling future situations. So, thank you for that and please accept our sincere apology.

Fantastic experience: A really friendly pair of young ladies, and occasionally Cheryl, who is also very amiicable, is there as well. Nothing is too much trouble and they have always attended to our queries and tours in an expediant manner. Never have we been told it's too hard and we would highly reccomend them to anyone wishing to spread their wings and see the world.

Negative experience: Was sent an email asking me to review this company. Firstly I have never heard of them, let alone used their services, so for spamming my inbox and using my email without any prior authorisation I give 1 star.
Hi Peter, I am sorry that firstly somehow you have received this from us as I am not sure how as only people on our data base receive these requests. We only sign people who have normally travelled with us or made enquires so yes, I agree a little disappointing. I will check through our data base and make sure that if you are on it, I will remove. We are certainly not in the game of spamming and using emails without prior authorization.
