Negative experience: Only reason I give two stars on this review is because I got a partial refund! Friendly does not mean that you get good service. Keep that in mind. If you are looking to get help/advice regarding partner visas don't bother. As far as I can tell their speciality is student visas. But don't quote me on that, if the service you receive for student visa applications is as poor as what I received for then all I can say is that I'm sorry you didn't read this review earlier. Unprofessional is an understatement. You've been warned.

Very Negligent: South East Asian monopoly thus careless & lacking empathy- Incorrect or expired documents without prior investigation filed- Because of this I had to wait an additional 9 MONTHS to receive my 491 visa class. I WAS LUCKY NOT BE REJECTED A VISA IN SUSPECTION OF SCAMMING POINTS ***Beyond which all the stress and drama I had to consult an immigration lawyer and pay additional fees of $$$$ to get this mess cleared and the visa organised***. . Poor Communication: Very rare that communication is established with the education/immigration agent in charge of your future. To top it all the sass and attitude of not accepting is horrendous as even communication of trying to rectify a mistake is too much to ask for as there are others in the que to be addressed too and you have been expended collaterals of their errors. Till day there has not been even an attempt of apology from this agency. . Only Profit inclined: Purely profit making organisations, only funneling through education bodies affiliated with 'keep your head clear and your options open'. It's your life! You might have an opinion too but I am only sharing my true experience. .
