Fantastic experience: Well done Tour Tasmania. Thanks to the expert guidance of David and Luke. Each provided a unique perspective on the island’s beauty and history. David – Port Arthur, Unzoo, and Waterfall Bay David led us through an insightful exploration of Port Arthur’s historic site. The itinerary was perfectly paced, giving us ample time at each spot. The visit to the Unzoo was a highlight for me. It was an innovative and ethical wildlife experience where we felt a true connection to Tasmania’s unique animals. Luke – Freycinet National Park Luke took us to the Freycinet National Park, guiding us through amazing landscapes. The views from Wineglass Bay were breathtaking. Both tours were well-organized, with thoughtful planning that balanced adventure and relaxation. The small group sizes ensured personal attention and plenty of opportunities to ask questions

Fantastic experience: The big 3 tour from Hobart to Launceston was amazing!! All 3 days were filled with great stops throughout the day, with Cradle Mountain being a highlight of the trip. All tour guides were super friendly (David, Ian, Damian) and provided interesting information about the history of the places. They made the trip relaxed and very enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Tasmania.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time with Ian as our tour guide for Port Arthur and Unzoo! Ian was knowledgeable and was super passionate about Tasmania and provided that excitement for all of us. We had a full tour and the group was an amazing mix of energy! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this tour. I wouldn’t have considered doing the Dove Lake or Marion’s Peak tracks by myself and I’m so glad I found this tour. Plenty of time to do any of the walks you want (or don’t want) and the tour guide offered to pick me up and drop me off to save me doing a full return on one walk. Graeme made it easy to choose to do lots or little depending on your interests. He also looped back to check I was ok as I was the only one in the group on my track, and nice cafe/ toilet stops to break up the drive. The tour operates as a licensed operator in the national park, so no queues for parking or shuttle buses, he handled all the sign ins and park fees. And he just pointed out anything and everything we went past, even through Launceston. I had such a great day and am so grateful to be shown the park in this way.

Negative experience: booked a tour with them. Emailed them to cancel it 4 days before. They read the email and cancelled my seat without replying with a confirmation/acknowledgment. Asked them for a refund and they said they can’t help because I booked through a third-party. The infuriating thing was they didn’t bother to reply the email and was totally unhelpful. Saying that everything was written on website etc. Terrible customer service.

Negative experience: The worst tour ever! Itinerary was very boring. The driver was driving crazy. Also the Itinerary was changed (we skipped the ice cream and fruit tasting) and they didn't inform. The agency refused to drop off at the airport even if the drop off option was mentioned in the website. The tour operator was arrogant and communicated with us very rude and impolite.

Fantastic experience: Maria Island Tour was awesome! Not just the landscape and the animals we saw, bit Nick was such a good, knowledgeble guide. He gave us plenty of information and took poctures of us, what was really nice.

Negative experience: I really enjoyed the tour and Tasmania is beautiful! However the tour guide at Launcester for cradle mountain and Wineglass bay (forgot his name) was terrible, he was just driving us without caring at all about the people on the tour. During walks and hike he didn't wait for anyone and didn't care if we were doing good or bad. I was with my mother and she coudn't keep up the speed of the guide and he didn't care. We were very disappointed about him. A guide is suppose to make sure everyone is doing alright. However the guide for Hobart (Ben and Tyler I think) were amazing, we learned a lot about the history of Tasmania and it was a lot of fun.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed our day trip to Cradle Mountain. Our tour guide Graeme was really knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of doing a tour to Cradle Mountain.

Positive experience: I joined big 3 Tasmania. It might be good for English native speaker. Trever was a so respectable and perfect as a guide. I felt he loved Tasmania and knew it so much. It was impressive. He kindly spoke simple slow English for us. But one other guide ignored me and spoke so fast. Even thought I asked him the schedule, his explanation didn’t make sense. I felt he just wanted to finish the tour on time. Even he stuck me in the bus door. I was just in front of the exit door inside of the bus. But he opened the door on hand. That was dangerous.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Trevor, our fantastic guide. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Maria Island tour with Trevor. He is enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable, has a great sense of humour, is very organised and good company. You’ll get stunning views, wildlife and a dollop of wisdom. A day well spent. Even had a beautiful swim.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Tours Tas and the itineraries it has set up. We were lucky enough to have Ben as our tour guide for all three of the day tours we booked. He was lots of fun, very knowledgable about the wildlife and history of Tassie, and he took great care of us. We also really liked (most of) his music choices!

Fantastic experience: Did two tours with the company, both absolutely amazing. Both tour guides were super friendly and made the tours interactive and fun. Had really bad weather one day, everyone else on the tour cancelled, but the owner of the business still let us take the tour even though she was making a loss.

Fantastic experience: Happy! New! Year! To the Great Team at TT behind the scene organizing the tours & itinerary. What a Wonderful! Time my friend and I had recently to the Bay of Fires David was very knowledgeable about the areas he took us to, and shared lots of interesting topics with us about the Agriculture of Tasmania of the many potato crops & hops along the way. I was interested to learn Tasmania doesn't spray any pesticides on the lovely produce there. I particularly enjoyed the stop at the stunning picturesque lavender farm along the way and learning about different types of lavender I would have never known about. Most of all it was just Breath taking to be there with the Beautiful mountains in the back drop of the rows of vibrant purple. Bay of Fires was truly magical, and I enjoyed the walk in the soft white sand on the stretch of desserted coastline. I would highly recommend booking this adventure through TT The professionalism and pleasant man David who was our tour guide, was very passionate about his Island state. The vehicle was pristine clean, and very comfortable. A special thank you to you David for giving us a great experience and sharing your extensive knowledge on all sorts of things in Tasmania. I really don't think you stopped talking the whole way! I certainly wasn't going to doze down as I was fascinated with the facts you shared with us. Best Wishes in this New Year

Fantastic experience: My wife Vanessa and I, just completed the Port Arthur, Richmond & Tasman Peninsula Active Day Tour. And what an enjoyable, beautiful, incredible experience we had. Our guide Trevor was an absolute pleasure and extremely knowledgeable about all things pertaining Tasmania. But, the one thing that stood out, was Trevor’s passion for Tasmania! When explaining or relaying information, you could feel how much and how important this island and the people both past and present meant. Especially the Indigenous people of Tasmania. You knew straight away you were in good hands! The whole day was amazing and learned so much not only from Trevor but, from everyone involved in the day. Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic day with my partner on the Port Arthur tour. Our guide Trevor was instrumental to providing us the incredible experience we had, and I can’t say enough good things about him but I’ll certainly try. It’s clear he’s a local who’s both knowledgeable and passionate about the area, and his insights and sense of humour made the day fly by. Always keen to answer a question, and even ask a few of his own, you’re always left at ease and taken care of. I would recommend this alone of the strength of our fantastic tour guide Trevor - and I can only hope he knows how much his attitude impressed us. We had a great day and would do the tour again for him alone.

Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend this company! Today I was on the 1 day tour of port Arthur and had an unreal day. Trevor the tour guide, was knowledgeable, punctual and hilarious. He is a local and you can tell he has a great passion for what he does and an amazing appreciation for Tasmania. 1 recommendation I would have for the tour is for there to be a coffee/ breakfast stop in the morning otherwise it was flawless. Never given a 5 star review, easier in my life :)

Fantastic experience: The best thing about Tours Tasmania is the unique, individual, informative, knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth, hilarious and statistics filled tour bus driver Trevor. Trevor made the Port Arthur/Tassie Devils tour 20/04/22 an exceptional day I will always remember. The second best thing about Tours Tasmania is the wonderful admin staff who kindly allowed me to reschedule twice due to pandemic related travel issues. Thank you Tours Tasmania!

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoyed our hike to Cradle Mountain. Graeme was very knowledgeable and we learnt so many interesting facts about the local flora and fauna. Graeme was a 10/10 tour guide!

Fantastic experience: I had a great time on this tour. Our tour guide (David) was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about Hobart and the local flora & fauna. He was also very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe and being able to select optional activities depending what took your fancy. The small group size was also a plus. Would recommend this tour company to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Experienced, friendly and very knowledgeable guides. A must if you want a day trip in Tasmania.

Negative experience: The tour itself was ok, a bit in a rush to do everything but very interesting, the guide was a nice guy. The real problem is the customer service. We changed our accommodation 3 days before the tour and we contacted them to arrange a different pick up point, nobody answered until the evening before but, eventually, they told us they changed it to our new hotel. The morning later we showed up 5 minutes before the time arranged and we waited for almost 20 minutes, we saw no one coming for us, we called the office and they told us that the driver didn't get the pick up update for us and left earlier. Furthermore if we wanted to be part of the tour, which we already paid in advance for, we had to catch a cab and rush to the old pick up point because they would not wait for us. Upon asking for a refund for the cab (considering it was a miscommunication problem from their part) she refused and told us that we were giving them a hard time, that it was Easter and they were really busy, and that they had many requests they had to reject and that we could leave if we weren't happy to join the tour. All of this without apologizing for a mistake that was their fault. Lady, you have ONE job to do, taking care of customers, if you're not able look for something else on the market. Next time we'll book with another tour provider. PS:the answer to this review is completely ridiculous as I am only reporting what happened and to me it was quite rude for a service we paid 150 dollars each. And as I already mentioned before we were at the pick up point 5 MINUTES BEFORE the time we were told, I struggle to understand how is this our fault. Seriously, they don't even apologize for they mistakes, very poor management.

Fantastic experience: Port Arthur and Tasmanian Devil's Unzoo tour : pretty intense but consonant with my expectations. I was glad to see and visit most of the places I was looking for, I just would have had more time to check Port Arthur Historic Site (2 hours and half is a bit short) but obviously with such an exhaustive program (7.30am to 6pm) you need to make choices. Nick was a beautiful and interesting guide devoted to his work. I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I recently had a holiday in Tasmania and of course our travel agent booked some daily sightseeing tours. We were lucky enough to have 2 full day tours with this company & had 2 of the loveliest guides. 1) Beth took us to Wineglass Bay & Freycinet National Park stopping to see other tourist spots on the way & on our return. Wow what a day, tiring but so great!!! seeing such magnificent scenery and wildlife & the information Beth provided was so very interesting. We truly had such fun on this tour. 2) then the very next day we went off to Maria Island with Connor looking after us. This was another full day tour that was amazing! Connor also really knows his stuff & provided us with so much information, taking care to make sure we had sunscreen & reminding us to put more on as we would get sunburnt. Another very knowledgeable and considerate guide. Both Beth & Connor were such wonderful guides. We felt very safe with them & thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! Again both Beth & Connor continued to ensure our group were were ok as it is a long day, but such fun! On several occasions on the way we were reminded of the need to pick up lunch & refreshments before we got to our destinations, as there is nowhere to buy anything once we got there. So we stopped at a sweet little spot where there were shops/bakery to do this. It really makes such a difference when your tour guides are pleasant, kind and knowledgeable & both of us cannot thank Beth & Connor of Tours Tasmania for making our trips unforgettable. Fantastic experience: Did the Mount Field/ Mount Wellington Tour with my Grandfather in the Winter. I was worried that it would be too strenuous for him but it turned out to be a simple and easy route. The guide was very professional and helpful throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone (especially families with elderly) looking for a simple and easy day tour of some of Hobart’s mountains/ scenic views!

Negative experience: Rang them early in morning to find out some information and they were very rude. Basically said "unless you want to book a tour now im not up for conversation" they didn't want to talk about their tours. Will never use their tours
