Negative experience: Came in unaware we needed an appointment and we were greeted by an un friendly worker who proceeded to tell us we need an appointment for any travel information and also to leave a deposit . On the door it states by appointment only on a Saturday but that’s all . After this we went to Hello World at Highton and had first class treatment without a deposit or appointment . Would not recommend Pakington street
