Queensland Rail Travel Centre Cairns

Fantastic experience: A great rail station located downtown which is connected to the shopping center. The local bus system has a bus stop just outside of the main entrance!

Fantastic experience: The helpdesk at the station was amazing, we turned up 2 minutes before closing time and a lady called Bree and her colleague did an amazing job of sorting out our last minute train tickets for part of our holiday... I can definitely recommend going to the desk as they were amazing!!!!! Wonderful customer service. Thanks soooooo much!

Fantastic experience: Nice friendly service. You can book local tourist rides , like the Cairns to Kuranda Scenic Railway (with a Skyrail return) or your next train trip along the Cairns to Brisbane route. Office is air conditioned, and if not busy, they are very helpful. It was not busy when I was there today. Looking forward to enjoying my Queensland Train journey. Office is next to the Cairns Railway Station. Which is behind the Cairns Central shopping centre.
