Negative experience: WHY BOTHER...POOR SERVICE??? Thought I support and use a local travel agent. Went there they provided me with a rough quote, and the lady said she'll give me a call back with exact airline pricing. Her words "Im able to get through the airline for pricing much quicker, so I'll call you back". After two weeks no call, I've tried calling her back and left two messages, never return my calls. I also followed up with an email and received no reply...I have given up...they are useless...I will never recommend them to anyone."

Fantastic experience: Great service and caring staff

Negative experience: Well, It takes a lot to get old guy's like myself(66) and Capn jack ( scroll down a bit, you'll find his comment)...to write about absolutely disgusting and unethical business conduct. Jenny, not sure what she calls herself, some travel agent...??? was quite happy to sell me a international travel insurance policy...that did Not cover corona virus related issues. At a cost of $560 aud. 14.7.2022 It took me several informed questions to find out that, Yes, I was Not covered against corona issues because I missed a 21 day waiting period. When I asked, does that mean I'm not covered for my entire 40 day trip...here answer...Yes. Why did you not tell me.....about the 21 days . She told me in a very arrogant way.....why did you not read the fine print in the quote I send you? In short Like Capn jack's experience...Jenny...or here company, was quite happy to sell me a totally useless insurance policy....for 560 bucks! But, however, after an email exchange with Jiil, the owner of the company, Jill explained to me....Jenny did not had her facts right. There was no 21 days waiting period. Great! But that did not help me at the time! I was extremely worried, 40 days in Europe with no Covid health cover !!! I feel sorry for the owners of Endeavour Travel.....wish them well!. But the fact remains...Jenny had no knowledge of travel insurance and would not have hesitated to sell me a completely useless policy! There are a lot of much better, well trained and informed Travel Agents in Cairns than that lot! My advise as a local Cairns resident......stay away from this lot...l Cheers from Cairns And yes, I got a travel insurance from a much better informed and polite agency in town, similar cost. But is was never about money....as a 66 years old....it was about service and advise!!!! And that I never got....you should have read the fine print..... Thank you, Jenny!

Fantastic experience: Booked return flights to Europe easily over the phone. Jenny found me a great price and completed the transaction promptly. Will be going there again for sure.

Fantastic experience: Jill can't do enough to help. Twice now she has saved my but. First time getting me out of Thailand at the start of the Corona Virus pandemic and saving my holiday next week with state boarder closures and not being able to cross into certain states. Can't recommend them enough and an all local team.

Negative experience: When things go bad like this virus,they are not interested in supporting you in any way,also the insurance they sold my 76 year old wife is worthless. I would not recommend them to anyone.they haven't even gotten back to my wife about any questions she has over problems with a trip booked back in January and not for another eight weeks. Lousy service and can't wait to get rid of you when you need them. Use flight centre any day.

She knew straight away where to get cheapest flights, best tour for my age and style, very helpful with organizing my Visa and even better at getting it here quicker after it was lost in the mail the first time! She also went over my Travel Insurance Claim after the trip and submitted it on my behalf. Knows what she is doing, has been to over 50 countries, much experience!
