They are ALL helpful, caring, and go above and beyond with all our travel needs. We honestly, wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Our recent trip is our second that Debbie and Tanya have helped us with. Both cruises. Their advice and assistance has always been valuable. Our recent trip ended in a medical emergency causing us to be stranded in Sydney with my wife in hospital. The ladies have been really valuable with their support eg finding direction contacts within the cruise line and so on. I am really pleased to do business with them.

Negative experience: Went on European River Cruise May 2023. Deb was very disappointing to deal with. Have used another travel agent since and just showed us what service and care we should have received from HW. Other team members were very helpful.

Negative experience: The main travel agent here will not even sit down with you if you do not spend what she considers to be enough money. Willing to pay whatever price for help but was essentially pushed out the door. Extremely disappointing and terrible service. The other trainee staff were lovely though.

Negative experience: Debbie was difficult to pin down for any communication after we had booked our European River Cruise. Mistakes galore, don't know where to begin. Would never go back...

Negative experience: I was callously discriminated against and refused an appointment twice. The experience left me shaken and disturbed. The bias and attitude was an abhorrent display of bourgeoisie Australia. I pity the consumer of this farcical service.

Negative experience: Debbie didn't bother to get back to me after a one hr meeting, re 4 week Europe trip, sent several msgs, thx for wasting my time!!!
